Day by Day Itinerary

Day 1 - Nairobi to Tsavo west National Park

Pick up from hotel or airport and drive to Tsavo west National Park at 6 a.m and drive through the Nairobi-Mombasa Road. The journey takes you through lovely sceneries in the eastern part of Kenya, sight-seeing wild animals on the way and the different cultural setting of the community around. After a 4-hr drive you will arrive at a stop over town in Mtito Andei, where you will have a bathroom break, fuel up and continue with the journey. It is a 1 hour drive to the next town Voi town, where you will branch and head straight to the Tsavo west National Park main gate. You will do a game drive enroute to the Sarova Taita Lodge for lunch,where variety of delicacies are served at the main dining area with a lot of ambience After lunch, drive and arrive at the famous Sarova Saltlick Game Lodge, check in and then depart for a game viewing drive. Return back to the lodge for a sumptuous buffet dinner with a stunning view overlooking the floodlit waterhole, which gives you a close range view of the animals, ending with good time for resting, Dinner and overnight at Sarova Saltlick Game Lodge; https://www.sarovahotels.com/saltlick-tsavo/
