Payment Policy
A deposit of 40% is required on bookings of any tour arrangement to secure the booking then the rest in Cash once we pick you up at the Airport upon arrival or from your hotel in Nairobi, this is to help us organize everything in place such as transportation, secure the accommodation facility before your safari starts
For booking made less than 7 Days before the tour begins, Full payment is required at time of booking
Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking, and the customer will be subjected to our cancellation policy.

Please be aware that we do not accept Cash Payment in USD notes between 1996-2006.
